Yosra Briki is a project manager at the French cement company Vicat focusing mainly on the regulatory affairs and funding opportunities for the innovative and low carbon projects. Prior to joining Vicat, Yosra worked at Taiheyocement in Japan and played a key role in creating the opportunity for the development of limestone calcined clay cement in Japan. Yosra holds a PhD degree from EPFL in Switzerland where she achieved a fundamental study to maximize the use of supplementary cementitious materials such as slag or calcined clay in cement to reduce the CO2 emissions related to cement & concrete production.
