As a Program Manager at IFPEN in the Energy Products Business Unit, I am responsible for low carbon solutions development for transport and industry. Along with energy sobriety and efficiency, the use of low carbon emitting fuels is key to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and contain climate change. For applications still relying on liquid fuels (long distance transport, high temperature heat generation...), #IFP Energies nouvelles develops and proposes front line technologies for advanced sustainable fuels processes and production. Its portfolio includes Hydrotreated bio-oils, waste co-processing, advanced biofuels (bio-gasoline, jet and diesel, bioethanol) and E-Fuels produced from CO2 and low carbon electricity. IFPEN’s technologies are industrialized and commercialized by its subsidiary #Axens, a world leader providing a complete range of solutions for the conversion of oil, biomass, waste and CO2 to cleaner fuels.
