He began his activities in Biogas in 2015, and since then has installed more than 200 small-scale biogas plants in Argentina.
In 2018, he began developing Biogas engineering solutions for major national and international companies.
In 2023, Dosbio S.A. started its first biogas plant, with a capacity of 2 MW, fueled 100% by waste.
In 2024, Juan Khouri obtained a global patent for the innovation of producing solid biofertilizer from the liquid effluents of a biogas plant.

In 2025, Dosbio GmbH was founded, headquartered in Hanover, with the objective of starting a biofertilizer pilot project in Lower Saxony, Germany, where it is expected to scale up to industrial production in 2027/2028.
